How to report
The Payment Times Reporting Portal is a secure website where reporting entities can meet their obligations under the Payment Times Reporting Scheme. You must use the portal to submit payment times reports, use the Small Business Identification (SBI) Tool and to make applications.

Trouble accessing the portal
Users experiencing portal issues should do a hard reset and clear the cache of their internet browser. This will ensure the latest version of the portal is loaded.

Issues submitting a report
All payment times reports for reporting periods beginning on or after 1 July 2024 must be submitted via the portal.
The portal cannot accept payment times reports for reporting periods beginning on 30 June 2024 or earlier (old format reports). Read about the manual process to submit these reports in Instructions for pre-1 July 2024 reports.
