Liaison forum presentation – March 2026

Summary

The March 2026 Stakeholder liaison forum (the forum) enabled regulated entities, their representatives, and other stakeholders to engage directly with the Regulator and ask questions of the Payment Times Reporting Scheme leadership team.

The forum maintained a thematic approach, focusing on topics from the January update.

About the liaison forum

The liaison forum is held twice a year, following the release of the Regulator's update publication.

Q&A from the new Payment Times Reporting Portal – online demonstration

On Thursday 29 January 2026, the Regulator hosted the first of 4 online demonstrations of the new portal. More than 400 people attended and asked questions about the new features and how to use the portal.

We collected these questions and grouped them by topic. You can read them, along with our answers, in the downloadable Q&A from the online demonstration of the new portal resource.

We will keep this document updated with new questions from the remaining webinars.
