Reporting window now open
The reporting window is open, and payment times reports for the reporting period ended 30 June 2026 are due by 30 September 2026.

- Help and support to use the portal.
Need more time?
You can only apply for an extension of time to report before the reporting window closes on 30 September 2026. To help ensure extension of time applications are processed before reports are due, submit valid applications by 18 September 2026.

New Portal enhancements
Following the major Portal upgrade completed in June 2026, several new improvements have been released.
Recent updates include:
- Improved Contact the Regulator form
- Enhanced Entity Information form, including:
- Bulk delete functionality for controlled entities
- Export controlled entity lists
- New online forms to:
- Revoke a volunteering entity determination
- Revoke a reporting nominee determination
- Revoke a subsidiary reporting entity determination
- Withdraw a cease‑to‑report notice
Need help?
The Regulator has transitioned to an online‑first support model. From 1 July 2026, the live call centre no longer accepts inbound phone calls.
