Publication of infringement notices
Paid infringement notices are now published on our website and on the Interactive Register (the Register).
Go to Compliance > Enforcement Actions on the website, or the Compliance Notices tab on the Register and select non-compliance type ‘Infringement Notice’ for further details.
April compliance update now available
The Regulator published the first edition of the Regulator’s compliance update which provides a summary of compliance and enforcement actions taken by the Regulator.
Enhancements to the Register
Payment times reports are now searchable on the Register by registered business name – making it easier to find and compare how large businesses pay their small business suppliers by using the business names the public recognise.
Continuing Portal enhancements
We are continuing to enhance the Portal and expect an outage from 5:00 pm (AEST) on Tuesday, 21 April 2026 until the next morning. The enhancements include the ability to view previously submitted entity information forms and to submit additional application and notice forms on the Portal.
