Today, the Regulator published the first edition of the Regulator’s compliance update.
The update, which will be published quarterly, provides a summary of compliance action taken by the Regulator under the Payment Times Reporting Act 2020, including:
- infringement notices
- publication of non-compliance
- correction of register data.
The Regulator published her compliance priorities in July 2025. As the inaugural edition, this update covers the period from 31 July 2025 to 31 March 2026.
