The Regulator’s call centre service for enquiries will cease on 30 June 2026. After this date, you will not be able to make enquiries about the Payment Times Reporting Scheme through the 132 486 phone number.
We are moving to an online‑first support model. This change will allow our team to understand and resolve your enquiries directly, without the need to be referred via a call centre. Over the past 12 months, use of the call centre has declined. As a result, we have decided to provide information, guidance and support about the Scheme directly through our online channels. If you need support with accessibility, we can provide you with alternative contact arrangements on request.
