We successfully launched the portal on Monday, 16 February 2026 and we’re pleased to see so many of you using it already. Thank you for the valuable feedback you have shared to date. We appreciate your engagement and look forward to continuing to improve the portal experience with your support.
SBI Tool now available for 2026 reporting periods
Portal users can now run the SBI Tool for 2026 reporting periods (reporting periods that ended in 2026) by selecting the 2026 calendar year. Remember to select the 2025 calendar year in the SBI tool when preparing a report for the reporting period 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025. Read more in Information sheet 6: Small Business Identification (SBI) Tool.
It’s time to submit your payment times report
Payment times reports for the reporting period ended 31 December 2025 are due by 31 March 2026. Visit the Regulator’s website for:
• Guidance materials to help you prepare your report
• Help and support to use the portal
If you need more time, you can only apply for an extension of time to report before the reporting window closes on 31 March 2026.
The Regulator cannot guarantee that applications received after 18 March will be actioned by 31 March, so ensure you submit your application early to receive a timely decision. For more information, visit the applications section of our website. Read the new User Guide: Apply for more time to report with the steps to submit your application.
