Our compliance activities throughout October to December 2024 period resulted in:
- 492 additional payment times reports submitted to the Regulator
- 30 entities reporting for the first time
- 51 compliance notices published on the Register.
The Regulator also processed 85 applications, with extension of time applications most common.
Compliance and enforcement remain key priorities for the Payment Times Reporting Regulator in 2025, with a sustained focus on proactively identifying and responding to instances of non-compliance. All entities with obligations under the Act must take these obligations seriously.
