This report is due by 30 September 2023.
Submit organisational structure changes through a new web form
If a reporting group needs its organisational structure updated in the Payment Times Reporting Portal, a request to link registered entities should be submitted as soon as possible through the new Contact form available on the website.
Check reports before submitting
Reporting entities are reminded to please check the report against the detailed guidance in Guidance Note 2, Appendix 1: Payment times reporting template instructions.
In particular, please ensure:
- the role of the principal governing body and the names of the individuals that make up the principal governing body is included in the Principal Governing Body Description field
- the business name recorded in the report is consistent with the name recorded in the Australian Business Register
- where the value of small business procurement reporting is ‘0’, the value and number of invoices is ‘0’.
Submitting a revised report
A revised payment times report is to be accompanied by an updated responsible member declaration and the dates provided in the revised report reflect this declaration.
