This notice is to assist reporting entities yet to submit a payment times report for the reporting period ended 30 June 2023, which are due by 2 October 2023 (as 30 September 2023 is a Saturday).
The following change requests should be submitted by 25 September 2023:
Group structures
As previously advised, requests to create or amend group structures in the portal should be submitted through the Contact form: Request to link entities for group reporting.
All relevant entities need to have been created in the portal prior to making a group structure request.
If a reporting entity has experienced a change of control during the reporting period, a group structure change request should not be made until any payment times reports that need to reflect the previous corporate structure have been submitted.
Reporting entity names
If a reporting entity’s name listed in the portal does not match the Australian Business Register, the entity should email support@paymenttimes.gov.au to request the name be amended in the portal.
Reporting entities are reminded that the reporting entity name recorded in a payment times report should match the name recorded on the Australian Business Register and the portal.
The Regulator cannot guarantee that change requests submitted after 25 September 2023 will be actioned prior to the reporting deadline of 2 October 2023.
