Payment Times Reporting Portal planned outage

Date
10 January 2022

The Payment Times Reporting Portal will be unavailable from 21 to 27 January 2022 while we move it to a new site.

What does this mean?

  • You will be unable to access the portal or upload payment times reports from 21 to 27 January 2022.
  • From 27 January 2022, the address for the portal will change to portal.paymenttimes.gov.au
  • From 27 January 2022, the contact email will change to support@paymenttimes.gov.au
  • The way new users are authorised or administrators are granted access to the Australian Taxation Office Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) will change.

How will access to the RAM change?

MyGovID permissions assigned through the Australian Taxation Office’s Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) will transfer from Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources (DISER) to the Treasury.

If you have existing permissions, you don’t need to do anything. Your permissions will automatically transfer to the Treasury.

After 27 January 2022, Principal Authorities assigning permissions to new individuals in the RAM will need to select the Payment Times Reporting Scheme under the Treasury and not DISER.

You can find information and support for setting up authorisations in the RAM on the Australian Taxation Office website.

Why is the portal moving?

On 15 April 2021, administration of the Payment Times Reporting Scheme (PTRS) transferred from the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources (DISER) to the Treasury.

As a result, the systems we use to administer the scheme must be moved from DISER to the Treasury. This includes the scheme website, which has already moved, and the Payment Times Reporting Portal.

The portal will be unavailable during the migration to the Treasury site from 3pm (AEDT) Friday 21 January 2022 through to Thursday 27 January 2022.

Thank you for your patience while we transition to the new site.
