The Government is publicly consulting on an exposure draft of the Payment Times Reporting Rules 2024 to support the Payment Times Reporting Amendment Act 2024 that received Royal Assent on 9 July 2024 and will commence in September 2024. The proposed Payment Times Reporting Rules 2024 will replace the Payment Times Reporting Rules 2020 reflecting the change in obligations for reporting entities under the updated Act.
