  • Reports published on the Register have been prepared by reporting entities and are published as received, unless redacted in accordance with the Act. The Commonwealth gives no warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of the reports or the Register.
  • Information on the Register may include views or comments of third parties which do not reflect the views of the Regulator or the Commonwealth.
  • Information published on the Register is subject to change if a revised report is provided by a reporting entity.
  • Users will need to exercise their own judgement, skill and diligence when relying on or using any information published on the Register.
